Refund policy
This policy applies to returns and refunds for products purchased from the SONICWARE Online Shop.
1. Scope
This Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from the SONICWARE Online Shop.
If you purchased your product from an authorized dealer, distributor, or another retailer, please contact the original seller regarding their return and warranty policies.
2. Right to Return
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
Before returning any product, you must contact SONICWARE and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in substantially the same condition as received and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, protective materials, and any promotional items originally supplied with the product.
The product may be inspected upon return. If its value has been diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, SONICWARE reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund where permitted by applicable law.
SONICWARE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions where permitted by applicable law.
4. Return Shipping
Unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error (including shipment of an incorrect or defective product), customers are responsible for:
• all return shipping costs;
• any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges incurred during the return process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged.
SONICWARE is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Returned products must be shipped to the address designated by SONICWARE.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, SONICWARE will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the returned product and any other amounts required to be refunded under applicable law, including standard outbound shipping charges where statutory withdrawal rights apply.
The following are non-refundable:
• original shipping charges, except where required to be refunded under applicable law;
• customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar governmental charges;
• payment processing fees that are non-refundable to SONICWARE, where permitted by applicable law.
6. Exchanges
Products will be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you believe your product qualifies for an exchange, please contact SONICWARE through the Support Page before returning the product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact SONICWARE as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where applicable, SONICWARE will provide repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
