Refund policy
Return policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date we ship the product you purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since we inform you our shipment notification, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This return policy only applies to purchases made at the SONICWARE online shop.
If you purchased from any other retailer, please contact that store for assistance.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The product must be in their original containers with all labels, protective stickers and packed with care.
Returns must be sent back to the office in Japan.
SONICWARE will not be held responsible in case of lost parcel in return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The customer shall pay all return shipping charges. Shipping charges from our warehouse will not be refunded.
Any refund will be made to the source of original purchase.
If you paid via Paypal, we will refund the amount after deducting the Paypal fee.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an message at
support page.
