I ate watermelon for the first time this year. It was sweet and delicious. I like summer fruits, so I am looking forward to eat them more.

I'll be sharing the development status of LIVEN XFM on this blog every week until it is shipped to those who have pre-ordered it.

LIVEN XFMをプレオーダーしてくださった方に出荷が完了するまでの間、開発状況を本ブログにて毎週シェア致します。

 

1. Development status and schedule / 開発状況とスケジュール

 

Malaysia, where the LIVEN series manufacturing plant is located, has been under lockdown since June 1, but as of June 11, as in the previous report, we have received permission to continue operating the plant, although the operating rate must be reduced for plants manufacturing overseas products.
We have not been able to provide a clear schedule in the last blog, but we have received an update on the schedule from the factory.

At this time, we are planning to produce the following schedule.
Week of June 14
Production of mechanical parts such as cases, buttons, knobs, etc. is complete, and checking of electronic boards is complete.
Week of June 21
Assembly begins. Pre-shipment inspection begins with the completed assemblies.
Around June 24
After the completion of the inspection, we will start shipping the products to Japan.(To save time, we'll ship it in several times by air.)
Week of June 28
As soon as the package arrives, we starts the final inspection at Sonicware before shipment.
We will start shipping to customers of the 1st lot.

Since then, we will continue to ship the second and subsequent lots customers.

We will keep you posted on this blog as soon as we have new information.

 

LIVENシリーズの生産工場のあるマレーシアは6月1日からロックダウン中ですが、6月11日現在も前回の報告と同様に、海外製品を製造している工場に関しては操業率は下げねばならないものの、継続して操業していい許可がでております。
前回のブログでは未だ明確な日程が出せておりませんでしたが、工場から日程のアップデートがきましたので報告致します。

現時点では下記の日程で生産を行う予定です。
6月14日の週
ケースやボタン、ノブなどの機構パーツ生産完了、電子基板のチェック完了
6月21日の週
組み立て開始。組み立て完了したものから順次、出荷前の完成検査開始。
6月24日頃
完成検査完了したものを順次、日本に向けて出荷開始（時間を短縮するために航空便で何回かに分けて輸送します）
6月28日の週
荷物が到着次第、ソニックウェアにて出荷前最終検査開始。
1stロットの皆さまへ出荷開始

以後、2ndロット以降の皆さまへも引き続き出荷。

新しい情報が入りましたら随時このブログにて報告致します。


2. Weekly Report/ウィークリーレポート

The Rubber Key has arrived in Japan after completing its check in Malaysia.
We have confirmed that there is no problem in terms of texture and function.

ラバーキーがマレーシアでのチェックを終え、日本に到着致しました。
質感および機能ともに問題ないことを確認致しました。
