XFM Weekly Report #17

We have completed shipping to customers who ordered in the first phase. Thank you for your patience.
As with last week, there has been a delay in shipments to the US.  Please see 1 for details.

第1期注文のお客様への出荷が完了しました。大変お待たせしました。
引き続き、アメリカのお客様へ遅延が発生しています。詳細は１をご覧ください。

1. Shipping status / 出荷状況

Shipment status by 9/10(Fri).
First lot : 100% finished
Second lot：67％ finished
Third lot：48％ finished

We are using Amazon's fulfillment warehouse for shipments to the US. XFM has arrived at the fulfillment warehouse, but due to the busy receiving process at the warehouse, there has been a delay in shipments to our customers as we did last week. We will make shipping arrangements as soon as the fulfillment warehouse confirms receipt.
For customers who ordered with an adapter, the XFM and adapter may be shipped separately. If you see two tracking numbers on the shipping notification, they will be shipped separately.
Thank you again for your patience.

9/10(金)現在の出荷状況です。
第1期：100％完了
第2期：67%完了
第3期：48％完了

アメリカ向けの出荷はAmazon社のフルフィルメント倉庫を利用しております。フルフィルメント倉庫にはXFMが到着しておりますが、倉庫での受領処理が混みあっており、先週同様、お客様への出荷に遅れが出ています。
フルフィルメント倉庫への受領が確認されましたらすぐに出荷手配を行います。
また、アダプタ付で注文されたお客様にはXFM本体とアダプタが別便で配送される事があります。出荷通知に2つの追跡番号が書かれている方は別配送になります。

繰り返しになり恐縮ですが、もうしばらくお待ちください。
